Refund Policy

30‑day money‑back guarantee
We want you to be confident in Flowify. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment — no questions asked. This applies to your first subscription purchase of a given plan.
Renewal payments (the second and subsequent billing periods) are not automatically refundable, but we review renewal refund requests on a case‑by‑case basis if you contact us promptly after a charge — for example, if you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service during the new billing period.
How to request a refund
Flowify Os LLC uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments, invoices, and refunds on our behalf. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or open the receipt email Paddle sent you and use the “Manage subscription” link.
- Submit a refund request through Paddle’s self‑service portal.
- If you prefer, you can email us at ceo@flowifyos.com and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the Flowify app (Settings → Billing) or via paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have access until that period ends and will not be charged again.
Cancelling does not, on its own, trigger a refund of the current billing period; if you also want a refund, request one as described above.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding to circumvent fair‑use limits), or in violation of our Terms of Service. Where required by applicable consumer‑protection law (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EU/UK), your legal rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
