So Flowify actually moves my money?

Only the part you owe. Each day Flowify moves just what your obligations need out of your own bank and into your Flowify master account, then trickles it down into each Smart Node's sub-account. Everything above that — your profit — never moves and stays in your external bank account. Payroll, bills, and taxes get paid out of the right node when they come due, and you can pause, adjust, or pull funds back at any time.

Are Smart Nodes real bank accounts?

Yes. Your business gets one Flowify master account at our banking partner, and every Smart Node gets its own real sub-account underneath it with its own account and routing number. Money flows from your bank into the master account, then down into each node sub-account — and money in a node can only be spent on that node's job.

Where does my profit actually sit?

Accepted Answer

In your own external bank account, untouched. Flowify only pulls what payroll, sales tax, bills, and inventory need. Whatever is left after those set-asides stays in the account your sales already deposit into, free and clear for you to spend.

How does Flowify know how much to move?

Accepted Answer

From your actual data. Sales tax comes from the real tax lines on every receipt your POS records. Inventory comes from real item costs. Payroll and bills come from the cycles and amounts you set once. Flowify calculates what each account needs and moves it automatically, so every amount is measured, not guessed.

Does Flowify file and pay my sales tax?

Yes. Flowify tracks exactly what you've collected, reserves it as you go, and files and pays through your state's portal on your filing schedule. You approve the filing; Flowify handles the submission and keeps the confirmation on file.

Do you ever touch my profit?

Accepted Answer

Never. Profit is what's left after the nodes you chose are funded, and it stays in your external bank account — we don't move it anywhere. Flowify only transfers the money your obligations need into your Flowify master account and its node sub-accounts.

Do I have to switch banks?

Accepted Answer

No. Your existing bank stays exactly as it is and keeps taking your deposits and holding your profit. Flowify connects to read deposits and detect recurring bills, and adds one Flowify master account with a sub-account per Smart Node for the money you're setting aside.

Which point-of-sale systems do you support?

Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom are fully wired in — we pull every sale, product, and tax line automatically so your tax reserve and inventory budget come from real receipts. More POS providers are on the way; if you're on something else, let us know and we'll prioritize it.

What if I have more than one location?

Flowify is built for it. Tag bills, payroll, and POS outlets to each store and you'll see exactly what every location costs to operate and which ones are actually in profit. Company-wide bills like loans and insurance live in their own bucket so they never inflate any single store's number.

Can my bookkeeper or manager use Flowify too?

Yes. Invite anyone on your team and scope their access to specific Smart Nodes — view-only for a manager who just needs visibility, or spend permission for a bookkeeper handling bills. They never see the rest of your finances unless you give them access.
