How your money actually moves

In real, FDIC-insured bank accounts in your business's name. When you sign up, Flowify opens a set of Smart Node accounts for you through our partner bank — they're legally yours, not ours. Flowify never owns or pools your funds; we just act as the smart layer that moves money between your main account and your Nodes based on the rules you set.

Never. Flowify only moves money to fund the obligations you've set up — payroll, taxes, bills, inventory. Whatever's left is your profit, and it stays right where it is in your operating account. The only exception is Savings, which is fully optional — if you want to stash a slice of profit, you tell us the percentage and we'll move it. Otherwise we don't touch it.

Yes. Each Smart Node is a real, FDIC-insured account opened in your business's name through our partner bank. You can view balances, see every transaction, and pay bills directly from each one — just like any normal business account.

Once a day, Flowify reads your bank deposits and POS sales, calculates how much each Node needs based on your rules, then initiates ACH transfers from your operating account into each Smart Node. Your profit is never part of that math — it simply stays in your operating account.

It's your money — move it whenever you want. Every Smart Node supports manual transfers in or out, and you can pause or change your allocation rules at any time. Flowify never locks anything.

Yes. Each Smart Node has its own routing and account numbers. Hook up your payroll provider to the Payroll Node, set your tax authority to pull from the Tax Node, and pay vendors from the Bills Node. Money is always pre-funded and ready.

No. Your existing business bank stays exactly as it is — that's your operating account and the source for daily transfers. The Smart Nodes are additional accounts we open for you at our partner bank, on top of what you already have.
